This policy covers information collected through the BizliPoint website at https://bizlipoint.com. It applies to anyone who submits an enquiry form or otherwise contacts us through this site.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit an enquiry form, that is:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your organisation name, if you provide one
- The enquiry category you select
- Your city and state
- Property or site details — property type and approximate available area — where the enquiry relates to a site
- Any additional details you write in the message field
- Confirmation that you accepted these privacy terms
Our server also records the page the enquiry came from, the time it was received, and technical request information including your browser user-agent and IP address. The IP address is used only for rate limiting, to stop automated abuse of the form, and is not stored alongside your enquiry.
What we do not collect
- We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this website.
- We do not ask for, or want, financial information, identity documents or any sensitive personal data through this form.
- We do not buy contact lists or add you to one.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, and to carry out the assessment or conversation that follows from it. For a site enquiry, that includes evaluating the location you told us about. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing.
Who it is shared with
Enquiries are delivered to the BizliPoint team. Depending on how the site is configured, that delivery may use third-party service providers acting on our behalf — an email delivery provider, a messaging provider, and a customer relationship or workflow tool. These providers process the information only to deliver or store it for us.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and thereafter only as long as we have a legitimate business or legal reason to. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and enquiry submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry records is limited to people at BizliPoint who need it to respond to you. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not collect sensitive categories of data through this site, which limits what is at risk.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your enquiry and contact details
- Stop contacting you
