Invest in Charging
Own an EV charger. We'll find it a home.
You do not need land, a shortlist, or any technical knowledge. Tell us the area that interests you, and we will show you locations our site team has already assessed and secured — then install, operate and maintain your charge point there.
The process
From an enquiry to a charger earning at a location you picked
Five steps. You are only asked to decide at step four, once there is something concrete in front of you.
- Step 01
Tell us you are interested
Your name, phone, email and the city or area you are interested in. You do not need a site, a shortlist, or any technical detail — that is the part we handle.
- Step 02
We talk it through and quote
Our team gets in touch to understand what you are looking for — scale, charge point type, the area you have in mind — and prepares a quotation covering the equipment, installation and ongoing operation.
- Step 03
You see the available locations
Once the commercials are agreed, we present the locations available in your area of interest from our own pool — sites our team has already assessed and where the landowner is already on board.
- Step 04
You choose the one you want
You pick the location that suits you, on whatever basis matters to you — area, road, footfall, access, proximity to where you live or work. The choice is yours, not allocated to you.
- Step 05
We install, operate and maintain it
We handle the civil and electrical work, commissioning, and connection to the charging network platform so drivers can pay for sessions. Then we run and service the charge point.
Finding the location
You don't need to find a site. That is our job.
The hardest part of a charging investment is not the charger — it is knowing where to put it. Our site team works through areas, measures what is actually happening on the ground, and secures the landowners before a location is ever offered to you.
- 01
Area analysis
Our site team works through areas systematically rather than waiting for sites to be offered — looking at traffic, EV registrations, existing charging coverage and what is already drawing people to a place.
- 02
Footfall assessment
Within an area, specific spots behave very differently. We assess where vehicles actually stop, how long they stay, and whether that pattern suits AC or DC charging.
- 03
Shortlisting
Locations that look right on footfall still have to pass the unglamorous tests: road access, visibility, safe round-the-clock entry, and an electrical supply that can realistically carry charge points.
- 04
Securing the landowner
We approach the owners of the shortlisted sites and agree terms before the location ever reaches an investor. That is why you are choosing from locations that are ready, not possibilities.
Which locations are available depends on the area and on what has already been taken. If nothing in our pool suits you, we will say so rather than push you towards a site we would not pick ourselves.
What you own
A charge point, at a location you chose, that somebody else runs
The equipment is yours. The work of keeping it sited well, connected and in service is ours.
- A charge point you own, at a location you chose
- Site identified, assessed and secured by our team
- Installation, electrical work and commissioning handled
- Connection to a charging network platform so sessions can be paid for
- Ongoing operation and maintenance of the equipment
- Visibility of how your charge point is being used
Our chargers
Three classes of equipment, specified per site
Which one is right comes down to two things: how long vehicles are parked, and what your electrical supply can carry. Both are settled at the site survey.
AC Charging
7.4 – 22 kWSites where vehicles are parked for an hour or more — the majority of workplace, residential and destination charging.

- Housing societies
- Single or dual charging gun
- App and RFID access
- Touchscreen interface

DC Fast Charging
30 – 240 kWSites where a usable charge is needed in a short stop — public charging, highway corridors and commercial fleets.
- Connectors
- CCS2
Typically specified for
- Fuel stations
- Highway stops
- Fleet depots

Before you invest
What we will not tell you
You will find EV charging pitched with returns, payback periods and passive-income figures. We do not publish those, and it is worth understanding why.
No guaranteed returns. Nothing on this page is an offer, a forecast, or investment advice. Any commercial terms are set out in writing before anything is agreed, and you should take your own advice on whether this suits you.
Utilisation drives everything
What a charge point earns depends on how much it is used, what the tariff is, and what electricity costs at that site. Those vary by location and over time, which is why we do not publish a return figure.
The location matters more than the hardware
Two identical chargers a kilometre apart can perform completely differently. This is precisely why the site work happens before you are asked to choose, rather than being left to you.
It is infrastructure, not a quick return
Charging assets are built around a market that is still growing. That is the opportunity, and it is also the risk — EV adoption in a given area may move faster or slower than expected.

Just your details and the area you like
No site, no documents, no specification. Name, number, email, and roughly where you would like your charge point — that is the whole first step.
- You do not need a site or a location in mind
- Enquiring places no obligation on either side
- Nothing is agreed until terms are set out in writing
Already have land or premises? You do not need our location pool — see chargers for your own site.
Investor FAQs
What investors ask us
On locations, ownership, running costs and what we will and will not quote.
Not covered here? Send the question through to the team.
Ask our teamNo. That is the whole point of the investment route. Our site team studies footfall and traffic across areas, shortlists locations that stand up on access and electrical supply, and agrees terms with the landowners. You choose from what is available in the area that interests you.
After we have spoken and the quotation is agreed. We do not publish the pool, because availability changes and a location is only meaningful alongside the commercial terms attached to it. Once you are at that stage, we present what is available in your area of interest.
You choose from the locations we present, on whatever basis matters to you — the area, the road, the footfall pattern, or simply proximity to where you live. You are not allocated a site. If nothing available suits you, we would rather say so than place a charger somewhere we would not pick ourselves.
We do not publish returns, payback periods or income projections. What a charge point earns depends on its utilisation, the tariff and the cost of electricity at that site, and those vary by location and over time. Commercial terms are set out in writing before anything is agreed, and you should take your own advice.
You own the equipment. BizliPoint installs it, connects it to a charging network platform so drivers can pay for sessions, and operates and maintains it. You are not expected to run a charge point yourself.
The site is held under an arrangement between BizliPoint and the landowner, agreed before the location is offered to you. The specifics for a given site are set out as part of your documentation.
It depends on the charge point type and how many you are considering — an AC unit and a high-power DC charger are different orders of magnitude, and the site works vary too. We prepare a quotation after an initial conversation rather than publishing a figure that would not apply to your case.
